Apr 4, 2022 · Still standing 86 years later, the newly redubbed Overton Park Shell is one of only a few surviving WPA bandshells in the country, and a lightning rod for musical talent from around the world. But before we turn to this century, it’s best to look back to the last, as the Shell weathered decades of threats and neglect.
